I am extremely passionate about EFT as I see the great things it achieves in many people and for many issues. How can something so simple be so effective? My aim is to share with you the wonderful ways YOU can use this tool to help improve and maintain YOUR Good Health.
What is EFT?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, otherwise known as ‘Tapping’. It is a simple, non-invasive, self-administered technique to reduce emotional intensity and to allow the body to be less stressed and to cope more efficiently on a daily basis. This highly effective technique involves you gently tapping with your fingertips on various acupressure points on the face and upper body whilst focussing on the intense emotion, body sensation, image or memory.
What can EFT help with?
EFT can help with many issues: Cravings, Bad Habits, Phobias, Self-esteem, General Stress, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Physical symptoms, Interviews/exams/performances/speech presentations, Troubled memories, Issues with sleep.
I am an accredited and certified practitioner in EFT and offer EFT sessions via Skype. An EFT session can be done easily via Skype where you are in the comfort and safety of your own home. Often issues can be resolved within 3 sessions, though sometimes one is all that is needed, and sometimes more is required. You learn the technique and you can use it whenever you need it (see it as part of your emotional first-aid kit). Sessions are confidential and I abide by the code of ethics set by AAMET (Association for the Advancement of Energy Techniques).
I offer a free 15 minute consultation over the phone or via Skype to discuss the issues you would like the sessions to address. I will let you know if I feel I am unable to help you with your situation and would refer you to someone else.
The initial first session is 1 1/2 hours for the price of £35/€40
Following sessions are 55 minutes (£35/€40) or 85 minutes (£50/€60)
